Anonymous asked: Please take down this hateful blog. Why not make it about homophobia/heterosexism, misogyny and slut shamers rather than acting like asexuality is somehow related to these things? Certainly, people who happen to be asexual are capable of saying things related to this, just like any other person. But you're only spreading hate to an already hated group by calling your blog "homophobic aces". It's just being sensationalistic. Your "PSA" doesn't help at all.

green-evening:

appropriative straight asexuals/demisexuals/whatever are just the most recent iteration in a long line of appropriative straight people

just like straight poly people, straight swingers, straight crossdressers, straight trans chasers, straight kinky people, etc.

all of the above groups have at one time or another claimed to be queer, or “the new gays,” or even more oppressed than glbtq people for some asinine reason

all of the above groups are still straight

i hate when people are like “WELL WHAT DOES ‘QUEER’ EVEN MEAN, MAN, LIKE, IT COULD BE ANYTHING, HAVE YOU SEEN THIS DICTIONARY DEFINITION, IT JUST MEANS NOT NORMAL, DUUUUUUUUDE” shut the fuck up. i don’t give a shit about the problems of straight kinky people and how they can’t be open about their m/s relationships. i don’t give a shit about straight asexuals and how everyone needs to know that they don’t have sex in their normative-ass straight relationships. i don’t give a shit about straight people’s sexuality problems, because straight people as a culture do not give a shit about my sexuality problems, and my sexuality problems actually exist beyond “cry cry i can’t tell my mom that i like to crossdress while having straight sex.”

and when people are like, “oh let straight people have the label, it doesn’t hurt anything,” you know what that tells me is, you don’t go outside and you have no idea what you’re talking about. you have never seen a gsa taken over entirely by straight “allies.” you have never been to a queer event run by straight people and looked around and realized NOBODY THERE has a relationship that looks like yours. you have never HEARD someone say “well sure i’m straight and my relationship is straight, but sometimes my straight partner spanks me, so i understand exactly what gay people go through.” you have never seen someone define “queer” as “not normal” and then try to tell you that’s a good thing and that they’re “not normal” too because they don’t have a high sex drive in their straight relationship.

fuck that. fuck straight people. give them an inch and they take a mile. no you cannot be queer. yes i am the queer police. you are not us. YOU are the stranger, YOU are the incomprehensible people with your WEIRD relationships and your FREAKY sex and your OH SO STRANGE culture, YOU are the out-group, YOU are excluded from our club. THIS IS THE LINE IN THE SAND. YOU CANNOT HAVE OUR SPACE. GO BE STRAIGHT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

woah hold up dude

i need to sit down for the knowledge you’re about to lay on me

Anonymous asked: sexuality does not define intelligence, thank you very much.

Let’s say two people get on the internet.

One goes to a website and spends their time drooling over celebrities..

One isn’t interested in that kind of bullshit, so they go to a website and… read an article on global warming.

If this scenario occurs enough times, how long do you think it will be before the second person is smarter than the first?
